There was more than one subject that left that "Aha" moment for me. The first was the breakdown of the target number from dollar amounts to units. Then there was the "Expectation" mindset. Then there were the echo's in my head reminding me that I create conditions and that I'm a strategic tactician. Then to receive not one, but two ways to overcome the no money down situation. When all was said & done, I left feeling that step one of the system is simplistic yet refreshingly creative. All I could think of was… I guess there is no excuse for not succeeding now!
