What I Discovered In Atlanta !

I finally took the time to have my first commercial financing workshop on the 24-26 of January 2008. We spent 3 days and covered a lot topics. I parted the curtains and revealed what went on in my private training room. I even had one of my Lenders to stop by for an hour. He explained how to use multifamily financing on residential properties. Seems like a new opportunity to purchase new residential properties in bulk. This program would work very well for bailing out new residential property developers with large inventories of new properties. An Interesting Point!

I find it very interesting that a virtual real estate project can qualify for 90% financing only qualify for 85% LTV. It seems as though the un real projects are worth more in their conception than they are in their finished state. A Very interesting observation. The biggest takeaway I received from the workshop was the application of the material. Listening to audios and contemplating theory is one thing, but getting all the desired information put in front of your face with a real presentation helped me grasp the reality (and simplicity) of it all.

The biggest take away from this workshop was the simplicity of step one.
The marketing to such a niche market was remarkably powerful. Along with
the most aggressive financing program out there will make for some quick
work.

Hey there,

My biggest takeaway was definitely the 15% solution and CTL Financing. AND I know that I must complete Step 1 first.

I have prospects now. Can I do my own fax flyer on the 90% financing or wait for the website link? I am making sure that my arsenals are on board before I take off.

Hey Durante and everyone else,
The biggest take away for me was by far the Tax credit applicant portion along with the simplicity of getting debt free! Step one is definitely where I am at right now. The 15% solutions is also big for my continuation and establishing myself elite among others who think that this simply doesn't exist. I am exuberant over the fact that I am among the chosen few that is privy to this valuble information. My only regret is that I will not be able to start on Monday because I have to leave the country until Feb.8, 2008 however I will make every effort to maintain contact via internet.
The workshop was life changing for me!!! KISS (keeping it simple stupid} is just how I like it!!! A true gift is something that I can't repay! Thanks again!!! See you at the top in 60 days!! Probably less!!

My biggest take away from the workshop, was how simple this program is to implement and deal with millions of dollars just by following some easy step. I am looking forward to the launch.

There was more than one subject that left that “Aha” moment for me. The first was the breakdown of the target number from dollar amounts to units. Then there was the “Expectation” mindset. Then there were the echo’s in my head reminding me that I create conditions and that I’m a strategic tactician. Then to receive not one, but two ways to overcome the no money down situation. When all was said & done, I left feeling that step one of the system is simplistic yet refreshingly creative. All I could think of was… I guess there is no excuse for not succeeding now!

the biggest take away for me was how durante eliminates the art of confusion before he starts going into the teachings. he eliminated confusion then instilled his mindset into our minds and then he established the flow of energy. so basically all we have to do now is execute and create conditions.

My biggest take away was the 15% solution for purchasing income producing properties. It is a weapon I would keep for myself and my inner circle. I would not offer this as a solution to the public ever.

I was also intrigued with the CTL portion of the weekend but committed to following the Steps in the order Durante has disclosed. I look forward to the relationships I established at the workshop.

As with all great things, there's a simple way to get it done. It was very impressive to see you take apart the very complicated field of Commercial Finance, with a lot of moving parts, and simplify it to a moneymaking skill that can be applied anytime to any situation.

What I really appreciated was the time you spend on developing the proper mindset to enable us to do this over and over again without blinking an eye.
This was so much more powerful and effective that the bootcamp that I would recommend everyone who wants to make a success in this field to attend your live workshop when they have the chance.

You touched on so many creative solutions that the only reason one would not be succesful at this, would be as a result of doing nothing.
Thank you for pointing the way; I intend to be right there with you on the way to sucess.

The biggest AH moment for me came with the secret word and then the 105% financing techniques.
This blew my mind. I've been to every workshop on real estate investing you can imagine and I have never heard of anything like it.

In the pass I struggled with securing downpayments for my purchases. Now, I have 3 pratical and simple methods for overcoming the down payment issue.

This is so powerful for me. I am ashamed that I never considered this pratical solution.

The lender presentation was awesome! Multifamily financing with 3% down! AWESOME!
I am really grateful for sharing the real insider secrets.

I hope you keep this information private and don't release it to the general public. I love have these inside secrets that no one is aware of.
I now understand a lot of the things I was doing incorrectly. I was doing the right things but thinking the wrong way.
I really look forward to the next 3 Months.

Yes, you are the man when if comes to commercial financing. I am glad I was among the first to get this information.

First I want to thank you for having the WORK SHOP. I fell very BLESSED to be among the choosen few who were at the work shop. After boot camp there is allways additional training needed to proform at your best.

My biggest take way and eye opener was the 15% solution for income producing properties. By just using this solution part time will solve
the down payment/closing cost problem for any one who wants it.

I am very much in agreement with having another work shop at the end of march. I think the work shop would help us all obtain our goals faster with more ease.

Durante’ Parks, poured his heart out training us with his cutting edge business marketing techniques, that will take anyone’s business to multi-millions. I am convinced that if I just follow this system, the rest will take care of itself. WOW!

The truth to be greatly emphasized was the transference of Durante’ Parks, expertise as a financier. We have the promise 3 months coaching, to continue to be partakers of the this knowledge and his passionate nature to assist us in escaping the mindset of fear of the known and unknown. The magic word was E X P E C T, not HOPE. By the virtue of being joined with him in this workshop we were taught  How To Create The Conditions We Want On Purpose, How To REALLY solve the Down Payment Issue wit virtually any transaction.

The Lender presentation clearly illustrated and validated Durante's practices.  I can't  imagine what it took  to get the president of a Multi Billion Dollar Lending group to get on a plane and to fly to Atlanta to speak to a small group at the request of  one of his Brokers on a Saturday afternoon. 
This clearly illustrated the POWER and importance of  RELATIONSHIP building skills."  And the GUEST presented nothing but solid content.

I was also moved by the integerity of the entire event. No Selling, No Hype, No Fluff. Solid content for 3 days .  The validation sessions were so powerful and very effective. Durante openly validated himself and his programs before the entire group. This took great courage to do.

Our hearts were truly touched.  But I realize that I must have corresponding A C T I O N.  The overall workshop impacted me on the inside and gave me a solid and simple plan to execute on the outside.  We will all be carriers of Durante's heart, (confident in pursuing our goals, to strategic plans, which evolves into action with immediate results.

I have already began "Creating The Conditions" I desire. Commercial Financing truly is a mind game!

My biggest take from this AMAZING workshop was your advice "To build relationships" - as these would be the BRIDGES in times of trouble. Apart from this admonition, I was amazed to learn how simple your system is and definitely, "Nothing will happen by sitting around and waiting for it". Durante, I will not be able to thank you enough for giving me in particular, and us in general, the opportunity to walk in your footsteps - and get out of debt in doing so.

The other thing you talked about which was important for me was the " SMELL THE LEATHER" stuff. - As simple as it sounds, it is a very powerful technique to get focused on the reward.

My take away from the Top Gun Workshop is that it presented with the best "cookie cutter" process, it does not bake the cookies itself. So it is time for ME to roll up my sleeves and start to roll in some dough! I EXPECT to exceed my personal number goal!

Durante, one of the nuggets I took away was the 15% solution. This solves the problem of being able to do the deal if that's what it will take. This took me down the road of thinking creatively and indeed creating the conditions that will make a deal fly. Builders, developers, owners want to be on a moving train and the 15% solution gave me the confidence to know that I can make that train move. All this is, of course, a drop in the bucket of Durante's Knowledge; knowing this gives me the confidence to deal with big numbers because now I know that I can be a valuable resource to the clients.

I can't thank you enough for the amount of sharing you do and for your genuine desire to see people succeed and become debt free. In my opinion, you are the best teacher and the best coach.

Words can't express my Gratitude to you Durante and to my fellow Students!
My AH moment happened the night after the last day of the workshop. That's when I finally realized the awsome power in "My Number".When I woke up, i was sitting straight up in the bed.It's firmly in my spirit now. My number propells me to seek the power and simplicity in all this. I'm finally getting it!
The 15% Solution and Tax Credit Applicants drove it home.

This 3 days workshop was most outstanding and outragious.This was the most useful information and inspiring 3 days that I have spent in quite a while.
